When using the Telegram bot @YoTeachClub_bot and this website, the Controller may collect and process the following personal data:

• First and last name (from Telegram profile);
• Telegram username;
• Telegram identifier (telegram_id);
• Email address (if provided for receipt delivery);
• Payment and booking records.

Purposes of processing:

• User registration and identification in the booking system;
• Booking confirmation for club meetups;
• Payment processing and electronic receipt delivery;
• Notifications about upcoming meetups and changes;
• Handling inquiries and requests.

Legal basis for processing:

• User consent (given upon first use of the bot);
• Performance of a service agreement.

Third-party data sharing:

Personal data may be shared with the Robokassa payment service solely to the extent necessary for payment processing and receipt generation. Data is not shared with any other third parties and is not used for marketing purposes without the user's consent.

Data storage and security:

Data is stored on secure servers and is not shared with third parties, except as described above. The Controller takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, distribution, or destruction.

User rights:

You may request information about your personal data, request its modification or deletion at any time by contacting konstantinpytev@gmail.com or the club host on Telegram @yoteach. The Controller will process the request within 10 business days.

Data retention:

Personal data is retained for the duration of service use. Upon withdrawal of consent or at the user's request, data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by the laws of the Russian Federation.
